David Gary
David Gary has been a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer in the State of Ohio since 1969. David is a graduate of Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science where he served as class president. (click to see picture)
In 1971, the David Gary Funeral Home DBA (GARY MEMORIAL CHAPEL) was established. The Funeral Home was built and began serving the Mansfield, Ohio community in 1972. In 1981, David sold the funeral home to Mansfield, Ohio native, Pamela Williams-Briggs. In 1982, the funeral home became known as Williams Funeral Services and is still in operation today. David has been recognized for giving advice and mentoring many Funeral Directors/Embalmers in Mansfield, Cincinnati and Columbus, Ohio. To his credit, they all have grown and established themselves in their prospective communities as model funeral professionals.
Prior to coming to Columbus, David was affiliated with Thompson Hall Jordan Memorial Chapel in Cincinnati, Ohio for 9 years. David successfully managed their Hamilton and Middletown, Ohio locations growing them with exemplary service, class and the up most professionalism. David's compassion, love for community and commitment to the funeral industry is evident. David's warmth, smile and ability to make others feel at ease makes him a role model in his field.
David Gary has always wanted to serve the Central Ohio community and the opportunity came in 1991. David opened GARY MEMORIAL CHAPEL first on E. Main Street in Bexley, Ohio. In 2005, David embraced the opportunity to expand his location to a new spacious facility where he continues to provide for the needs of bereaved families.
David is active in his church, Love Zion Baptist Church and the local community. David is married to Geraldine "Gerri" Parks Gary. David is the proud father of 2 sons, Greg (Karen) and Corey (Kendra); 2 daughters, Karen and Dawn and 6 grandchildren. David enjoys spending time with his family and watching sports.

Geraldine "Gerri" Parks Gary is the wife of David Gary. She works alongside her husband in a partnership capacity. Although, Gerri is a non licensed director, she serves the families with the same compassion, community and commitment in co-ownership with her husband. Gerri has been married to David for 16 years. They were married at their church, Love Zion Baptist Church where Gerri has been a member since birth. Gerri is a native of Columbus, Ohio and graduated from East High School.
Geraldine is a licensed insurance agent with over 25 plus years of experience. Gerri enjoys being able to keep in contact with the families in an after care capacity. Her warmth and her hospitality is remembered fondly by the families served by GARY MEMORIAL CHAPEL.
Julius M. Moore
Julius M. Moore is a Spring 2002 graduate of Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science. He is a Licensed Funeral Director, Licensed Embalmer and Insurance Agent. Julius is a proud member of the Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity,Inc. He attended The University of Cincinnati majoring in Business Administration and minoring in Business Management.
Julius has always been apart of funeral service his entire life, beginning at home, Toledo, Ohio, in the family business, House of Day Funeral Home, then during college he worked as a student helper & served his practicum with Thompson-Hall-Jordan Funeral Homes in Cincinnati, Ohio. Upon graduating from mortuary college, Julius served his apprenticeship at Stewart & Calhoun Funeral Home in Akron, Ohio.
Julius has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience from many other funeral directors & embalmers that he has met in his career. He has put forth his helping hand and passion for numerous families he has been honored to serve. We are proud to have him on our staff to represent GARY MEMORIAL CHAPEL.
Shirley Pritchard-Nolan
Shirley B. Pritchard-Nolan is a life long resident of Columbus, Ohio and a 1966 graduate of West High School. Shirley recently got married to Howard E. Nolan. Mrs. Pritchard-Nolan is a retired accountant professional with many years of expertise and industry knowledge.
Shirley is an Alpha Phi Alpha Lady and is the loving mother to 2 grown daughters, Kelley M. Harris and Tia D. Wells and is the proud grandmother of 3. Shirley is a member of Eden Baptist Church located in Waverly, Ohio and also considers her church Christian training to come from Love Zion Baptist Church in Columbus, Ohio.
Shirley says "it is a pleasure to serve the Gary Memorial Chapel in the capacity of Graphic Design and Office Assistant. In a family’s time of loss it is important for me to give special attention to the little details and offer exceptional programs, prayer cards and Thank You note selections."
Shirley is a wonderful funeral associate at GARY MEMORIAL CHAPEL and is a great resource to the families in which we serve. Her warm smile and sweet disposition is very comforting to those experiencing grief.

Billy Wyke is a Funeral Service Attendant and driver. Billy has been with GARY MEMORIAL CHAPEL for over 16 years. Billy is very helpful and pleasant to be around. He compliments GARY MEMORIAL CHAPEL by his pleasant personality. Billy is truly an asset to GARY MEMORIAL CHAPEL and the assistance he gives the families can not be measured.
Jerry Brown
Jerry Brown
Jerry Brown is a Funeral Attendant and driver for GARY MEMORIAL CHAPEL Jerry is a Deacon at Love Zion Baptist Church where he faithfully serves. Jerry recently retired from Honda in Marysville, Ohio where he worked for 20 years. Jerry is married to his wife, Sandy and they have one son, Jared. We are happy to have Jerry on our staff as he makes our families feel at ease from the first moment they meet him. Our families always compliment on how the "limo driver" served them first class. We are happy to have Deacon Brown serve and satisfy our families.
Diane Ford
Diane Ford is a part-time associate and works along side the GARY MEMORIAL CHAPEL staff. Diane retired from the state agency, The Ohio Department of Administrative Services, in July 2009 after 30 years of service. During her new found retirement, she has been spending her time care-giving to those in need and archiving family photos.
Diane and her husband Thomas are members of Trinity Baptist Church, Cols., Ohio, where Diane serves as Ministry Leader for the church’s Compeller Magazine. She is also the Membership Chair for the Central Ohio Organization of Public Purchasers (CO-OPP) which promotes the public procurement profession and enhances the careers of its members as it relates to public procurement and government business among colleagues. Diane has been a member of the state of Ohio Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Calendar Committee since 1996.
Diane has 3 children and 8 grandchildren. She cheerfully boasts the fact that her parents were married for 72 years before their passing. Diane likes to spend quality, educational and fun time with her grandchildren. She also enjoys listening to gospel music and home design/improvement projects. Diane is a warm and compassionate person and always ready to assist our families when and where needed.
